REPORTS 2018

Project Summary

               At this stage, both the scientific objectives corresponding to each component project and the management of the complex project as in its entirety were presented, as summarized below.

From the management activities point of view, were obtained the following results:

A) Organizing two project / workshop meetings in which: was set upa Project Management Committee consisting of responsible partners, has been established the project managers; presented the specific objectives, risks and ways of achieving the objectives for each component project; the obtained results were presented; it was discussed how to make the scientific and financial reporting of this stage.

B) Have been organized employment competition and were hire, 6 new employees.

C) The website of the MultiMonD2 project in Romanian and English has been achieved and constantly updated : https://multimond.wixsite.com/multimond,https://enmultimond2.wixsite.com/multimond2english

D) No checks were accessed at this stage.

 From the scientific activities point of view, were obtained the following results:

Component project 1-” Design and testing of sensor system to monitoring the Danube course by integration of robotic vectors”- in which has been established the materials and technique of obtaining of the active membranes for the production of sensors with oxidic nanoparticles. Morphological and structural analyses (LFS, SEM, XRD) have been performed.

Component project 2 -” Data link optimization to harness the obtained information by using robotic vectors”- in which were defined a number of communication methods from the different types of sensors which are equiped to aerial and surface robots for for the achievement of specific goals According to these goals, the theoretical development of concepts has been planned and has been achieved proposals for practical schemes that can be further developed.

Component project 3 - "Intelligent command-control integration platform with CAO of robotic vector   with specific missions"-in which has been achieved GCS specifications with outstanding performance such as reliability, intuitive use, integration capability in an intelligent command and control platform for 3D VERO VIPRO MUTIMOND2 robot missions, has been established the communications for the MultiMonD system developed in open architecture for processing and merging information from sensors, adaptive robotic vector communications processing networks.

Component project 4 - " Plasma portable system for local chemical decontamination" - in which were designed and tested the subassemblies of a transportable plasma system for application to the chemical decontamination of wastewater. Several sources of plasma have been tested under immersion conditions. Essential parameters that have led to the partial or total decomposition of contaminants have been identified. Based on these parameters, we have optimized working conditions for each plasma source. Contaminated and plasma-treated solutions have been characterized by several methods: visual comparison of images, UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy, pH solution monitoring, temperature monitoring, HPLC liquid chromatography and GC gas.

In conclusion, all the management and scientific objectives of this phase have been fully met.

P

Indication of results and dissemination of results

   At the  complex project, all the scientific and managerial objectives proposed in this stage were fully met.

The website of the MultiMonD2 project in Romanian and English has been  created and constantly updated and updated:https://multimond.wixsite.com/multimond,   https://enmultimond2.wixsite.com/multimond2english

All results (posters, oral presentations, articles submitted for publication) were disseminated on the site. Also, this site has been published online and through social networking sites (https://www.facebook.com/MultiMond2-33-PCCDI-289063881702953).

Two project workshops (April 25 and November14,  2018) were organized in which:

 -Was formed the Project Management Committee consisting of responsible partners, project managers and representatives of SC Atlas Corp Srl and SC Stimpex SA;

 - Were presented the specific objectives, risks and ways of achieving the objectives for each component project;

 - There were two companies involved in the project (STIMPEX and ATLAS) and discussed the possible involvement in the project;

- Were presented the results obtained up to the date November 14, 2018;

- It has been discussed about how you have made scientific and financial reporting of this stage.

For the each project component was followed as the expected results to be met, thus seeking and achieving an outcome indicators.Thus:

Jobs ssupported by the program, including the newly employed human resource

Through this program, the 33PCCDI complex project has proposed to support 6 new vacancies jobs: 2 places - INFLPR, 2 places - UPB and 2 places - IMSAR-RA. Moreover, two normal vacancies job were allocated, which were occupied according to the law.

At the moment, all the new vacancies job were taken by competition, respecting the imposed by the information and contract package.

So, INFLPR hired Calugar Alina Irina (scientific research assistant) and Bita Bogdan Ionut (scientific research assistant).

Inside off, IMSAR-RA were employed on the new positions: Fratila Madalina Marina (Scientific Research Assistant) and Radulescu Mihai (Scientific Research Assistant). They were also employed on normal vacancies: Eugen Albu (scientific researcher) and Ciocirlan Alexandra Catalina (research assistant).

In the UPB, the two positions were occupied by: Gudovan Iulia (scientific research assistant) and Andronache Maria Madalina.

Presentation of the use / improvement of existing competencies / resources at the consortium level (checks);

At this stage, there were no expenses corresponding to the checks.
